Exchanges and Refunds Policy

Exchanges:

  1. Eligibility: Items can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition, with tags attached and proof of purchase.
  2. Procedure:
    • Visit our store or online portal.
    • Submit an exchange request by filling out the necessary forms.
    • Ship the item back to us, or bring it to our store.
  3. Processing Time: Exchanges will be processed within 7 business days upon receipt of the item.
  4. Conditions: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refunds:

  1. Eligibility: Refunds can be requested within 30 days of purchase if the item is defective or not as described.
  2. Procedure:
    • Contact our customer service to initiate a refund.
    • Provide proof of purchase and reason for the refund.
    • Ship the item back to us, or bring it to our store.
  3. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days upon receipt of the item.
  4. Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
  5. Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Important Notes:

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as undergarments, custom products, and clearance items, are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  • Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of 10% may apply to some items.
